Exactly how did the Olympians conquer the Titans? It's time to find out. Discover the full story in this fresh take on the Greek myth.
After years of conflict over who will control the realm, neither the rebellious Olympian clan nor the ruling Titans are close to victory. It looks as though the scorched earth, fighting, and deceit will carry on indefinitely, making this dispute the ultimate family disagreement.
And you thought your relatives were odd.
Then a seemingly average teenager named Tevor Calic appears. He tells the Olympians he came from a red planet and has lived among the Titans. Tevor speaks of extraordinary magical tools that could help the group conquer their rival.
This is not another series about grey-haired Zeus and the Olympian immortals reigning from their seats of power. This story is the untold epic adventure of how a group of young outcasts seized the throne to rule the world.
"Tell me who sent you here, or we'll have no choice but to assume you're a Titan in disguise," Zeus warned.
Tevor nodded his compliance.
"I lived within the worlds of the great gods. Over the years, I had several unique assignments, most recently on the world of Jupiter."
The prisoner was referring to the largest sphere in the region of the Titan gods. It was extremely far away, so distant that it resembled a star. The Olympians scoffed at the obsurdity of his statement. Hades brushed a flicker of fire against Tevor's arm.
"Owww," Tevor snapped as he rubbed his wound.
"Your body is that of a mortal," Hades acknowledged.
Tevor confirmed with a nod.
"Did you travel to the other planet often, mortal?" Poseidon sarcastically asked.
"I did," Tevor replied. "It was where I resided before I was captured here on the earth of Gaia."
Most of the Olympians continued to snicker. The idea that a peasant could transport himself from one world to another was ridiculous.
Zeus played along. Since the Olympians had already explored the colossal planet, they would know immediately if Tevor spoke with honesty. If the prisoner were lying he would be thrown off a cliff, and that would be one of the more merciful outcomes for someone who attempted to deceive a god.
"What was it like?" Zeus asked.
"You mean up until the Olympians invaded, set traps, and then silently disappeared into the ether?" Tevor asked.
The rebels looked at one another intrigued. How did Tevor know such a thing?
"He must have overheard us talking," Zeus said dismissively. "Tell me, Tevor, what duties did you perform on Jupiter?"
"My port of residence was the Canyon of the Immortals, where I held the honor of personal cupbearer," he replied.
"Personal cupbearer to whom?" Zeus asked.
Tevor bowed his head in reverence, "The great Ouranos."
The Olympians did not know how to react to the news.
Ouranos was the original ruler of the Upper World, and patriarch of the Titans. He had not heard from since his son, Kronos, staged an attack and took control. It was assumed Ouranos had been too weak to fight back, or worse, ran away. Any knowledge Tevor would reveal about the Titans and their world could be priceless. It could also be a setup.
